What we collect. When you submit a form on this site: your name, work email, and company or institution. To protect the forms from abuse we also process your IP address for rate limiting; it is kept only in the rate-limit counter and with your submission record.

Why. Only to respond to your request and arrange a trial or a conversation about our platforms. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or share them with third parties, other than the hosting provider that runs this site.

Where and how long. Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and kept until you ask us to delete them or for 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. Cookies. This site uses only functional cookies needed to operate the forms. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. Email the address above and we will respond within 30 days.
